Paddlers and Friends of the USCA Indiana Division
We fondly will remember (stern paddler) George Tinley who passed away in March: his racing attire of overalls, cap, & mutton-chop sideburns, aluminum/plastic paddle (eventually A carbon paddle), and an old dish soap bottle for a hydration bottle! George took over the Hoosier Regatta from his brother Frank after Frank passed, and did a great job running the race. He typically didn't charge anything, and he always brought interesting classic tools as giveaways. He will be sorely missed!
